Constitution

The Constitution was adopted at the Inaugural Meeting of the Group on 13 February 2015.  It was amended at the Annual General Meeting held on 22 May 2018. The amendments were designed to facilitate station adoption. The Constitution is a formal 9-page document and  the legal basis of the Group's existence. It states the name, purposes, powers and aims of the Group as an unincorporated association of members; and regulates its functioning, procedures, finances and management.  It also provides a procedure whereby its provisions can be changed by a vote of two-thirds of the members.
